Marcia,
Your generosity is overwhelmingly appreciated. Because of financial changes that have occurred in my life during the past year, I had thought to apply for one of your scholarships. In rethinking, however, I realize that I have not been hit as badly as many others. Therefore, I am not applying. I do not want to narrow anyone else’s chances. I will, however, follow your blogs with a full and grateful heart.
thank you for being an inspiration.

..how do I feel about Marcia’s generosity?
” Defense is the first sign of aggression.”
It is all very well to learn that we are separate from each other and have boundaries – a first step in learning independence.
Independence from the external womb of society (ego) is as essential as independence from the internal womb of mother (egg).
That said we then mature, fill ourselves with wisdom knowing we are all part of each other and therefore inseparable, not different, the same.
We should strive to make kind words and generosity the mode of behavior for all mankind.
Out do each other in GIVING rather than out do each other on numbers in a bank account.

Hello Marcia & Ridgely and thank u for the opportunity.
I would LOVE to follow and learn from the transformational training and definitely pass it on my people who are in greatest need for some soul food and brighter perspectives – after 18 years of isolated life, wars, bombardment, lack of oxygen, and dreams being there for long, much too long…
I am Serb and my earnings per month- when lucky to have work- are about price tag for your course.
I have strong feeling we will meet in not so distant future and I kindly ask u for “coup de main” so this vision can manifest
- TEACH ME
thank u

Thank you! I will follow along through the blogs and look forward to sharing this experience with others.

I was really excited to participate in the 90 day, but when I saw the price I became discouraged. The opportunity to share in the first module via the mini scholarship is a blessing. Thank you!!!!

Thank you!! I am excited about this — I was laid off almost a year ago, and I want to make my home business be my life business. I am with such a great company, and it is only me that is holding me back. This year I truly want to be the year that I break free. Too many reasons to enumerate; suffice it to say that I along with the others who are in need have valid reasons for requesting help, and I am appreciative of this first month as at least a beginning. Thank you!!

Marcia,
I cannot even put the words down to thank you enough for offering this amazing opportunity to the world who these days greatly needs it. You have become a tremendous inspiration for me and I am very grateful that people like yourself still exist in this crazy world.I feel that I really need this scholarship for many reasons. my life has completely changed overnight in 2008-2009 and I realize I am certainly not the only one. Until now I have been going through really though time to the point where I feel Im losing my friends, I can barely afford to eat, I cant go out anymore..this had never happened to me before but I had to stay 2 days without eating due to hardship. I felt into deep depression but had to fight it mostly alone, although I have great support from my mother who herself is in depression. But I feel I cant give up, and I have a strong desire to change my life this year but I finally realized I cant do it alone, but I dont have the right support.
Im 28 years old and after thinking about my life I feel very lost sometimes because I dont have a partner who loves me, I dont have any money and I was diagnosed with endomitriosis which has affected my life greatly these past months. Why I want this scholarship, because I know I can turn my life around and I have the desire to! I just started studying at the world coach institute for addiction recovery coaching on a scholarship! and It was the one of best day of my life to receive this opportunity..please Im ready to transform my life!!!!!

Marcia,
I read several of the requests for scholarships and cried. There are so many stories of lost dreams. My husband and I included. Thank you so much for this opportunity for the mini scholarship. You are so awesome! I will be on the call. I am very hopeful to pursue my dreams starting with your generous help.

Marcia,
I would like to apply for this scholarship. I am a teacher that was laid off 8 months ago. I have never asked for help in any area of my life, as I have always been the one others have looked to for help. They say when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. You are that teacher and this is a rare opportunity. I want to use this opportunity to learn and grow and then use what I have learned to help service others. Thank you for the oppotunity to even apply for this precious gift. Kelly

Again, like everyone has said before me, I am very appreciative of your generosity. I have been unemployed now for almost 2 years, going to school, raising some wonderful kids, and dealing with some major daily headaches. I need to turn my life around & break out of the rut & depression that I have been in for too long.
Again, thank you for your generosity & I look forward to a AWESOME NEW YEAR!!

Hi,
When I click on the button “request scholarship” it keeps me on this page and does not direct me to the application form.
Also, I have already paid for the 90 days program but would love to be in the inner circle and that is where I need a scholarship. Is that possible?
Thanks,
Janaki

Hi Marcia & Team!!!
WOW!! Thank you soo much for this offer! I like many others was laid off from work over a year ago and have not been able to find employment. I decided to begin my dream business! I have spent my entire savings and had paid for my schooling on credit cards and have added additional money to my credit cards since being laid off now totaling $36,000…I can barely make the minimum payments and struggle to pay for food and gas with my other bills but I am so appreciative that I have family that is willing to take me in for a bit to ease my load. I didn’t want to apply for the scholarship because I felt there were so many people in my same position with children and other challenges which I do not face, so I want to WHOLEHEARTEDLY THANK YOU for generously allowing us to participate in the first module of the course- WOW!!! I’m beyond excited!!!! Yay for 2010 and for the Dream University!!!!

Marcia,
This is a dream came true for me. I have qualified as a life coach a year ago and had this dream to be part of the dream university experience and promised myself that all my funds was going to go towards this dream. This was not to be though. Despite all my marketing efforts this year, I could barely cover my expenses and did not yet recover my study fees. I started the year feeling rather despondend as my greatest desire is to make a huge difference in the lifes of others. Yet without clients, I was considering to accept the reality that this was not going to happen. The opportunity to recieve a mini scholarship
rekindled my hope to make my dream come true. I know that being part of even a small part of what you are teaching will enrich my personal and professional life.
I thank you for your generosity and for inspiring a tired soul.

In March of 2009, I left a job to move to Atlanta, to help care for my single daughter and her new baby. Thinking I would not have a problem finding a job in the big city, I did not worry about quitting the job at my old home. Now, 10 months later, I am still unemployed, thus not able to be of much help to my daughter and grandbaby. I have always wanted to attend Dream University, but never could see past my meager budget to get the education. Now, this possibility of a scholarship is giving me hope again, to progress my dreams. Thank you all so much for any help you can give me.
Sincerely,
Marsha Hendricks

Dear Marcia:
I can’t thank you enough for this. I finished my Feng Shui Certification over a year ago and been having a very hard time trying to get my dream off the ground. I have this block and don’t know how to get passed it. I am hoping your generosity will be my key.
So that we don’t loose our home. Since my husband was out of work for over a year and we just can’t get caught up.
Thank you so much!

Hi Guys,
It’s so lovely to see your “team work” and efforts to enhance so many in such a positive way. How can you not do anything BUT florish and prosper in the coming year? Doesn’t it just give you the “warm and fuzzies” when you know you’re contributing in such a good and pure of heart way?
So I’ll be listening, learning, an applying everything I learn to contribute to that wonderful dream you all have.
Thanks,
Kerri Tyler

Marcia, Thank you so much for inviting us on the Wednesday call and yes I am definitely interested in the full scholarship. What are the steps? I am also so-o-o-o glad to see your heart reaching out to us as a bridge, especially when it is uncertain as to which way to go to pursue the dream. Thank you for giving out of your abundance of wealth to bless us like this for I know you are reaping the harvest for what you have sown in many people lives as a boomerang effect as to what others have sown into you. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

thank you so very much for this, I just listened to the mini-scholarship video and that will be a great big help to so many of us if we are not one of the 12. A very good start is sometimes all that is needed and will buy a lot of people some time.
With much appreciation,

Dear Marcia,
Sometimes we need a second chance in this big wide world, and you have been able to do that for many people across the country, and the efforts that you are making to help improve the lives of others is so honorable and giving. You went out on a limb, knew of the great need of individuals, and discovered the intimate details of lives that are in need. In need of a second chance, in need of a new beginning, as we are children of a God of new beginnings and are deservig of great abundance and joy. You are one of the avenues to help us, one by one, to untap, re-group, re-identify with that pure passion and inegrity that lives within us.
May you be graced wih continued love and joy, as you so well deserve.
Here’s to moving ahead.

End of 2008 and 2009 was a timeframe with many valleys and it took everything to tie a knot in the rope and just hold on. Wish I were able to receive the full scholarship, but feel most blessed to be one of he individuals receiving the mini scholarship. The words “thank you” are not enough to truly express how I feel about the generosity of Marcia in making this opportunity available to so many. It is giving hope, which is one of the last grains that one has before they give up! So I say…..THANK YOU, THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!!!!!!!!

YOU ROCK!!! There is such excitement in Ridgely’s video – its seems incredibly genuine and I love Marcia’s attitude of “let’s make this work for everyone!!”.
I was reading through the initial scholarship requests and someone mentioned that they would pay it back (or forward!) so that the next person could benefit. What a great idea…that those awarded a scholarship, pay it through their successess and it just keeps on giving.
Thank you!

WOW Marcia and team! Your generosity of paying it forward it truly amazing and refreshing and oh so appreciated! I have followed you for over 2 yrs, read your 10 free e-books on dreams and everyday try to apply what I learn from them (and passed them on to a few others). Being unemployed at 63 and struggling to start over brings many challenges but..my gratitude meter for what I have is trememdous. Having the mini scholarship is awesome to all. Winning the full scholarship to change my life would be double awesome. I set my intention to be able to take this course and it is happening! Thank you. Here’s to the future!

It’s wonderful what you are doing!
I could do with a helping hand at the moment I got sick with the flu and haven’t worked in a while teaching and it’s tough I am in debt
5 years ago I got out of an abusive marriage but I then had the family to contend with! They didn’t believe me or support me literally cast me out, didn’t believe my ex could lay a finger on me ten tried to keep me away from my Mother and father. My elder brother saying “I killed my father”
Have learnt alot about myself and got my children to uni my daughter has just got through to study Physiotherapy and just got in the top 2%, shes’ driven to be a healer, and my sons doing Media, but it’s been tough. I haven’t been able to buy them Christmas presents and it broke my heart, my daughter asking for food to take back to uni ! I always think they will have the lifeskills I never had I praised them and told them they could be and do anything.
I helped to build an orphanage in the last few years with musician friends spent ever waking minute helping – we hav e the roof on now. I took a step back this last year as I want to build my website to affliate and help promote people who are doing great things in the world.
It would be wonderful to recieve a scholarship as my kids have left now and I am on my own for the first time in years. I have sort of worn myself out a bit!
I hope to JV and help promote people and maybe one day write my story to inspire others. I haven’t been able to give my children much but I love them and they love me and that’s all that counts in the end.
Sometimes through the tough times you find yourself and find out what you really came here to do and you realise that just seeing the sunshine and the flowers means more than flash cars or houses.
With love and blessings

Hi Marcia,
Your generosity is a true reflection of your commitment to what you are doing with your life — which is your commitment to people. And a fabulous business idea! I love it. I, too, when my workshop business was going, gave lots of scholarships, full and partial. Because it was more important to me that people get the work – because the work is my life, what I’m here to do. You will make such a difference for so many more people. Thank you so much. And thank you immensely for making yourself available to those of us who haven’t “made it” yet or who are starting over.
Love to you,
Nila

I am so impressed with the testimonies and praise from so many people on the results that your coaching has manifested. I am asking that my name be included in the names chosen for the full scholarships and I will of course, put my name in the mini scholarships you are so generously offering. I am 71 and have been a wife, mother, teacher, and eclectic learner of life. I didn’t know how to prepare financially for this time of my life and I now find myself struggling to make ends meet each month. I realize that I was like the grasshopper instead of the squirrel and didn’t plan for this time of life. I do have a passion for learning , life and love so I hope to manifest the ability to change my bad habits and learn a more beautiful way to live my dream. Thanks, CC

“Generosity”
It’s a matter of perspective!
If I was a “generous” multi-billionaire who had made my fortune investing in the Fish Oil Industry, would I be considered wise and “generous” to give everyone in the world a temporary supply of fish oil capsules to increase brain power?
Life’s greatest obstacle to self discovery is not ignorance. It is the illusion of knowledge.
Peace, Love & Understanding,
Barb

I am honored to be imnvited to session #1 of “90 days to Transform Your Life!”
I have always loved making other people’s dreams come true! I love to see people happy! It is now time for my very own dreams to come true!
This is the best time of my life! Though finances are too tight for comfort, I know money is not what makes dreams come true! Money is a tool that comes from doing a great inside job!
I have much to give the world, yet find myself at a standstill from lack of resources. Your wonderful offer will help me discover what I can do inside myself TODAY to manifest my exterior dreams.
Thank you for the invitation to Session #1, and because this knowledge will help me make more dreams come true for others as well as my own, my hope is to be one of the lucky 12 so I can keep dreams alive for everyone I meet in life!

Thank you so much for the opportunity to complete your first module! What a wonderful gift! I also joined the ranks of the unemployed last year. The setting intentions module, I think, is just what I need to get myself going in the right direction to get my new career off the ground. Thank You!

do you offer a scholarship for training? I am registered and had to borrow the money to do this training and pay it in front! No scholarship or assistance was offered other than the $500 discount which doesn’t tell me much about what the real value of the training is? it would have ben valuable to been offered a scholarship at the time of registration? this does not negate what you are offering. Generosity to me applies across the board to all those in ened at time of training registration. something doesn’t settle in me about this. please explain?

Hello Marcia, thanks for the mini-scholarship invitation and the chance to get a full-scholarship. I am still doing my best to bring income from my website(almost for 2 years now, in the health and wellness arena) and follow my desire to assist and empower individuals who want to live their “dream life”! I am currently self-employed to cover my day-to-day living expense’s, and all but forgot about what my dreams are(and that maybe I should drop my website all together) until you did a special call with Margie Aliprandi(from Neways International) last Wednesday. After reading the other full-scholarship applications, I thought for sure I would not even get a chance to have my application reviewed, until today!I want to be able to expand my business to include Life Coaching(or other coaching) so I will be able to give back more, because at my core, I truly enjoy seeing individuals grow when they start to understand their own limitations and get that “aha” feeling! Even though I have no credit or consistent, reliable income (at the present), I now know I MUST change my thoughts to receive abundance in all area’s in my life. Thanks again for your understanding and generosity for all that have a applied for this much needed 90-day course!

When I look and listen to Marcia I see an authentic person. When I read her books I envision a real human-being with real emotions and life experiences. When I look at her products and advertising techniques I see a bussinesswoman yes, but I also see a PASSIONATE human who is trying to pay it forward.
Thanks For Being Your Authentic Self!

From the start of your communication I have been extremely impressed by the way you have engaged your students by telling and inviting stories, and in the process, making yourself seemingly personally available and real, by coming into our homes in a virtual way, and telling your story as it is. I am very inspired by your stories, not just the content, but the beautiful way that you bring them across.
Your generosity lies not only in your offer to help financially, lighten vibration and make a difference to the world, but in allowing us a glimpse of your world and the challenges you have overcome.
I have been looking forward to your course, and was very keen to upgrade to the ‘inner circle’ when I joined your call in the middle of the night (as it took place at 3 am African time). However, the exchange rate here is extremely weak against the dollar, which makes it very expensive at a time when cash flow has been slow, and that is why I have held back. I would still like to upgrade, and would be very grateful for any help you would be able to extend.

Dear Marcia
Thanks so much for the opportunity that you are giving everyone! I would love to be one of the recipients for a full Scholarship. I have been blessed with a beautiful family and thankfull of all the hurdles that had been overcome and learning from them as well. However, my dreams had been fading and coming to a halt when after learning that I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis my world will have to become different. Not in the aspect that I had to be more consious about my health, but the risk of not getting to do the things a person my age could do; really placed me in a temporary hole that I desperately needed to get out of. I have been blessed with not only a supportive family and great doctors, and my dreams re-started back and I knew I could not look back. All I need it to do is do it and in faith. However, my personal goals and dreams were placed on hold as I began to deal more and more about financial hurdles that my husband and I had to overcome. Unfortunately sometimes things get to big to handle and they get out of your control and all is left is to trust in faith that things will be alright somehow. Currently my husband who is working on his dream job Architecture took a 25% pay cut and in consequently many things follow including the posibility to losing our home to forclosure. However, this has not change our family strenght, but sometimes we go thru mini-meltdowns which I think is healthy to have and then let go. Still though at the end of this 2009 I was able to re-start my business, promote to another level in my company with the promise that from my group I will be able to promote others as well. My goal this 2010 is to make things happen for my self and share that with my family, friends and team members that this is just a preparation for some great things to come. I need to re-connect and re-learn what dreaming and looking forward to the rewards of achievings them. Looking forward to working with you in the future!
Thanks for your special gifts!

Dear Marcia,
I want say how wonderful I think you are for making your scholarship available to so many people full and mini version.
You are an exceptional person with a huge heart. Through your compassion and generosity many will make their dreams come true this year. You are that glimmer of light others have been waiting for. I would like to partake in your mini scholarship program to start my year off in the proper way. I need to refocus as I take more control of my life. It has been getting a little wild. I need to be more selective this year. It has become almost to much to handle. Here’s to a bright New Year for all of us!

MARCIA, YOU TRULY ARE THE BEST! I truly believe that this is a program that will pay it forward in the ultimate way – and I sincerely thank you.
I left a message before concerning the full scholarship and my current situation – I would still love to be considered for one – and commit to you that I will use it to bless not just my life, but the lives of others as well.

Marcia,
Thank you for the offer of the Mini-Scholarships. I will definitely be on the call on Wednesday.
I read some of the posts for scholarships, and my situation isn’t as bad as many people. However, I am unemployed for the second time in less than 12 months, and my unemployment benefits are running out the end of the month. In order to make my mortgage payments and pay for my health insurance which is almost $1,300 every two months, I have been liquidating what assets I have.
Is there some way that the payments can be spaced out? Or, is there some “creative” way to make the payments?
Right before 9/11/2001, I lost my job for the first time. I was devastated, because I had never been out of work. I lost my job right before my son started at Canisius College (where Tim Russert had gone). There is a stigma with losing your job. People look at you strangely, and they may treat you as a leper.
In 2001, I discovered your book Making Your Dreams Come True in Barnes and Noble, and I took my savings to attend your course in Tiburon with about 30 other people in February, 2002. That time, I was unemployed in Buffalo, NY for over a year, and I found a job outside of Chicago. I moved to Chicagoland to take a job making what I had been earning 20 years earlier, and I have lived outside of Chicago ever since.
It is so difficult when you are unemployed. You lose your self-esteem, because no one will hire you. You keep submitting applications, and you are either under-qualified, over-qualified or too old. Also, in my case, because I lost 2 jobs in less than a year, you wonder what you are doing wrong, because you can’t hold a job. You also go through whatever savings you have.
This time during unemployment, I discovered what I truly love doing – helping other people. I have been doing what I want to do. I have been writing press releases for my church and publicizing its activities. I have been volunteering with the local chamber of commerce as an ambassador. At her farewell party, before moving to take a position as Canon to the Bishop of San Diego, Suzi Holding, the priest at my church, gave me an angel pin for everything that I have done in the past few months. The Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce named me Ambassador of the Year, because I have been helping other businesses. These groups have helped me regain my self esteem. I realized that my previous employers didn’t share my values, and that there was nothing “wrong” with me.
I have a several dreams.
1. When I attended Dream University in February, 2002, I wanted to create a web site called http://www.foundajob.com. My goal is to create a web site that is a directory of job web sites, especially locally and regional ones, since the smaller sites go unnoticed, just like smaller grants and scholarships go unnoticed. I also want to have resources for job seekers and where they can share experiences. Ultimately, I want to appear on Oprah to share the site with the world. After all, I live in Chicagoland, and her show is here until September 2011. I have a preliminary site up, and I would be happy to share my plans with you. My son had me take down the information about the job sites, because the format I used made it easy for someone to steal the listings and create their own site.
2. Unemployment focuses on getting people jobs. I have an economic development proposal that I would be happy to share with you. Let’s look at companies’ needs and match up people with the companies, and retrain people if necessary. Also, there are many people like me who could become entrepreneurs. Small business is the backbone of America. Instead of just focusing on getting the unemployed jobs, let’s identify their strengths and their passions, and let’s help them become entrepreneurs and start their own business. Tom, my fiancé, and I have been working with existing businesses on a volunteer basis giving them ideas to help them be successful, and working with people who decide to go into business for themselves.
3. My main dream which is the driving force behind the two dreams above and my dream is to help individuals and businesses grow and thrive. I am a connector, and I want to help put them in touch with people who can help them, and help them gain or re-gain their self esteem.
If there is any way that I can assist you in achieving your dreams, please let me know. I want very much to be part of 90 Days to Transform Your Life and help others grow and thrive.

Marcia,
Like a true champion and leader you are showing great face in such challenging times.I applaud yours and your staffs solution to the response you are having. It is nice to feel the humanity in the stories from the people and the organization to support our change to a more effective life.I realise now that I have been called to learn this knowlege it all its parts because of the effect it has on my emotional center. It feels like a tingly sensation at my belly region, kinda fizzy fuzzy ,mostly right. My story is easy.I am bouncing from being unemployeed for the last three months to being coached by one of the best in the biz and it feels good!my kids are asking if I got a job for they see the difference in my mood.I say yes and being very patient about the timing.thank you for the inspiration to hang with my big crew and show them love like I like to.Here is your standing ovation…Clap clap clap clap clap whistle whistle hoo hoo.Food ,Shelter ,Water ,Energy and Dreamer

Hello Marcia
Since I first connected with you via your appearance on Lisa Garr’s program, I have been extremely touched by your ongoing attitude of giving in such a genuine and heartfelt way.
When I heard about your scholarship offer I initially felt inclined to apply for it, but decided that living here in Australia and having enough to make ends meet, I would leave the scholarships to those in greater need and closer to you in the US. After all, my path is being guided by the most magnificent Guides and Angels and I know I will create great abundance in all areas of my life.
I now thank you for the opportunity to experience your latest Dream University program and will endeavour to be on the call this week – “from Downunder”
Much love and best wishes

Thank you, Marcia, and Dream University!
After attending raw vegan culinary school, I have been unemployed for the last (6) months. I’m now struggling with trying to manifest my vision of helping people release their creativity and passions via healthy, organic raw & living foods. I need a mentor and from what I’ve seen here on your website, I need you. The funds have run out but I have to believe that if it’s meant to be, it will.
Thanks for the opportunity…Wishing you much continued success in 2010!

Thank you so much for this mini scholarship. This comes at a time in my life where every dollar counts. 3 and a half years I became unable to work and the Doctors don’t ever expect me to return to traditional work. This has been a hard time physically and spiritually for me. When I found you around Christmas time it was too late to apply for the full scolarship it was very dissapointing.
But again bless you for the mini scholarship. I look to forward to this ffirst step.

Early in September of 2006, my body betrayed me- suddenly I was falling asleep everywhere, at any and all times of day. even when driving. My body would start shaking uncontrollably, I would drop things and sometimes just collapse, unable to hold my head up and unable to make my body work right. I would wake up unable to move, no matter how hard I tried. One of those collapsing episodes was witnessed by co-workers and brought to the attention of my manager and I subsequently lost my job. Uninsured, I ran out of money trying to find a diagnosis. I gained over 100 lbs between various medications and being suddenly sedentary. Since then I’ve lost or sold everything of value I had and am saved from being homeless by the generosity of a relative who lets me live in her basement. I am getting no help anywhere, despite filling out myriad forms, fighting the system and even begging. For over three years, my family has been contributing what little they can to supply groceries and hygienic supplies (soap, etc.) but there is only so much they can do. I have learned just how little someone can live on.
This past holiday season, just after my 35th birthday, I fell into the deepest depression I’ve experienced- circumstantial depression since I’ve never been prone to it before. One night, I literally faced off with a bottle of pills and a bottle of wine, seriously contemplating how much easier it would be on everyone if I weren’t a burden. What got me through that night is very personal- but obviously I came through for a reason. I’ve started working on the weight issue and making myself get up and dressed every day- even though I’m not going anywhere.
I am very intelligent, resourceful, multi-talented and have had several great ideas for businesses I could start and be able to work around my newfound limitations- except for the financial limitations. Thus far, the old addage that it “takes money to make money” has proven to be true and I haven’t had an income since September 14, 2006. Empathy is a special gift of mine, as is compassion, especially with what I’ve dealt with in recent years. I believe I can help people become all that they are meant to be.
At the end of that period of darkness over the holidays, I made a promise to myself. This is not the life I was meant to live- and I refuse to accept it. One way or another, I will overcome these circumstances and get my life on track. Failure is not an option and I will not accept defeat. If I fall on my face, I’ll get back up and keep pushing. Somewhere, somehow- a door has to open.
And then you made this generous offer. Thank you for the opportunity to take my life back, for the opportunity to reach out to others and help them meet their goals and face a brighter, better future. Thank you for the gift you’re giving- that will be, for me, the gift of independence. Thank you for opening the door…

I love your videos and your website. I have so many dreams that I want to try to make real. However, for the past 9 months I have been unemployed and struggling. I do not have the money to enroll in Dream University. I am living on unemployment and cashing in my retirement savings to make ends meet. I applied for retraining through the govt but they told me that I had too much education for them to pay for more. What does a teaching degree have to do with telecommunications? My one big dream is to become a talk show host or a professional speaker. I am a member of Toastmasters International and have been told by other members that I would be an awesome talk show host. I just dont know how to make that dream real. I used to have a list of 10 dreams that I wanted to become real before my 30th birthday. I managed to have all of them come to fruition. Since then, for 21 years, I have been floundering around with none of my dreams on my list coming true. I am stuck and depressed and desperate. I need help and I would love the opportunity to get the Dream University scholarship. Thank you and I am eternally grateful.

A very gracious offering! I have often been the recipient of much generosity in my life and I know the positive effct it has had on me. Generosity takes us out of the scarcity mentality both for the giver and for the receiver. It creates avery human and loving context. So to Marcia and all of those who share what they have in coin or love or knowledge they are the ones who make us more human and I thank you.

Dear Marcia & Team
thank you so much for your enthusiasm and compassion. You obviously care very much about the people who are being drawn to your site.I wholeheartedly agree that there is another way of seeing the world. We have got it so wrong, the world can be changed and everyone can be taught how to dream and how to be compassionate to each other. My dream has always involved showing the new ways to children. We have to start with them, they do not carry the baggage we do as adults.I have applied for a scholarship on your previous page. There are so many deserving cases.I read Juliet’s story and my heart went out to her.You have an extremely difficult job.I desperately need a scholarship and know I am ready to change my life and the life of my husband and children.Constant suffering is no way to live.I have drive, enthusiasm and compassion and have been a dreamer my whole life. When I was younger I was able to manifest but as life has battered me I have lost my confidence and always get in my own way.I have been seeking answers to the big questions for as long as I can remember.I am drawn to your university and despite my insecurities, I am asking for your help to turn my life around.I have so much to give but my financial circumstances limit me in every way.I feel I am on the brink of great change.I have always leapt in and taken chances but my nerve is starting to fail. Please take a chance on me.I will always do my very best. With love to you all Linda x

I’ve been reading the comments and requests for scholarships, amazed at stories of strength and perserverence. I have next Wednesday’s module on my schedule. I so appreciate your generous decision to share your work and insight with so many of us.
It was my hope to be able to enroll for the entire program, then, just today, the last of my paying clients evaporated, and it seems that our landlord is heading for foreclosure, a turn that could leave us scrambling to find a new home within the next few weeks or months.
I would love to be considered for a full scholarship, although I realize that my story is not as dire as many.
I am trying to support my dream of becoming a full time coach and writer, but that path has not been easy. I was certified in 2008, yet my practice has never grown wings. I work every day to market my coaching, often giving away scholarships myself, because…well, just because. People need what we have to give.
Despite positive and supportive feedback from former clients and colleagues, I sometimes wonder how I will be able to afford to continue on this path. I look forward to Wednesday’s class to help me clarify my vision.

Marcia and Ridgley,
A thousand thanks to you both for your generosity, blessings and love! I was simply bowled over to find out that you are giving EVERYONE mini-scholarships. What an amazing act of kindness. I am so excited to begin I can barely stand it.
I finally feel that I am going to get the support I need to actually burst through my barriers and make my dreams of helping others on a larger scale than I already do come true. I am welled up with tears (happy tears) at that beautiful idea. Thank you for making that possible for me and all the others so much in need of your program.

Hi Marcia, it’s so nice and generous of you to offer 12 full scholarships and mini scholarships to everyone, can’t be any more generous than that, I’ve always heard that if you really want to get something, help enough people get what they want and you’ll automatically get what you want, I believe so much in this saying and here you are doing exactly that, and as you mentioned on your video you want to help as many people bring their dreams into reality as you can, that’s why you’re offering this program for such a great price to make it affordable to everyone, with this price I don’t think anyone who really wants to manifest their dreams and transform their lives would resist such an offer, however being out of work, my network marketing business that I’ve been trying to run for 23 months is not going anywhere and I stopped my autoship because I can’t afford it any more I feel that I’m eligible to receive a full scholarship because I want to take this business off the ground and eliminate the frustration from my life completely, I need a major change and transformation especially that I’m pregnant and I want to get this busienss going before I have my baby, because I know I won’t have the same amount of time to put into my business, I feel this program will help me a great deal, I seek help and I’d like to apply for full scholarship. Again your generosity is very much appreciated, you’re such an awesome person. Thanks again.

Hi Marcia,
I’ve got many dreams and most of them have so far not all have been able to come true.
Stil many will try to convince me to quite it all cause they believe it doesn’t work but i know diffirent it’s always working.
TO be able to follow the 90 days transformation of my life to see everything come to life in this world and not only in my dreams, and the scholarship is like a ticket out of this rat race of doing the same work over and over again thinking you’ll feel diffirent the next day BUUUUUUT NO!
Now i have many dreams and alot of ideas which still are needed to get out there and not remain hidden inside.
These days even on a financial side sometimes after paying your bills i get to have to wait for to pay or buy something which is needed to start.
And since most products are sold online and you need a master/visa/Amex card and have to use Western Union to make payments, and not all do that so i have to look for otherways which then take alot longer but the results are comig to slow and some take there advantadge of it so for it’s plain & simple wanting by Ocotber to be free from the rat race and aswell financialy free so i can experience life to the fullest not as it is today other people telling me what to do or when to do it and when i can life my life and when not.
So Marcia i believe that everyone should be tought how to live there lives because then there wouldn’t be any of the problems there are today.
And this program i know can give me the extra boost needed to see everything come to a good end by the given date.

The Mini Scholarship is truly a prayer answered. I wanted to apply for a full scholarship however, as I still have an income monthly I am only able to cover the basics.
I have a dream of helping others to obtain their dreams and eventually having a camp for underprivileged where they can be encouraged to see a dream and receive hope to pursue it.
I have been a house cleaner for the past 11 years after being downsized out of Corporate America. Until the beginning of the recession I was blessed with an excellent business but now I am struggling. I am financially buried and find that my I am my own worst enemy. I struggle to believe that I can give guidance to others when my own life is so challenged, however, I feel that my lessons learned and desire to be more than I am today can give hope to those going through the very same thing.
Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to learn how to pursue my dream and at 58 the courage to do so.
God Bless You

WOW! I am watching very closely what you are doing so that I can also reach out to people and help in a very big way as I see you doing. There are so many who need help and even though I don’t know what tomorrow holds, I certainly know who holds tomorrow. I also see that I have a wonderful caring example in you, Marcia, to show me personally the way to get back up again, and then to begin reaching out in a much bigger way to help others succeed. I may have misunderstood the scholarship – I paid my $297 even though I don’t know when I’ll have the money for this month’s mortgage payment, and applied for the scholarship ($997) because I believe that I need to be one of Marcia’s Dream Coaches later, so want to have the benefit of working with Marcia more closely in the workshops and group coaching sessions to prepare me for that program. I know that it’s a special request, but I also know that if I do not ask, you’ll never know my intent. Thank you for your generosity to myself and sooooo many – it is a wonderful thing to see.

Thank you dear Marcia and team. What an amazing inspiration you are. What you have done is truly humbling and an amazing example of human generosity. I would love to participate in your program which I know is worth way more than what you’ve priced it at. As a single mum of two children, recently immigrated to Canada and going through a divorce with no family support… Because I spend so many hours of the day working trying to make ends meet in a job that drains me of all my energy – there is little time or energy left for my children. At the same time I have dreams of becoming a coach and mentor to others, to live a more passionate and creative life, while also spending quality time with my children. Thank you again for your love and generosity. Jen

The video was great to watch and listen too – I agree, there is such genuine excitement from you all in making this first module available to us ALL:)) Many thanks and looking forward to what participating will do to help me move forward in 2010 into energised, clear, focused, vibrant, healthy, abundant, fuflfilling and giving life. I too will pay full course fee as soon as I have it if picked as a recipient of the scholraship – great idea!
Thank you to Marcia, to Ridgely and Kelly and the whole team – what great gofts you bring to the world.

This just blows me away!! Marcia as I told Regena when we last spoke, you are so real and caring. After applying for the scholarship I have been putting out thoughts on how I could make this happen. My husband was laid off last week and I have been out of work for the past year dreaming all of the time but not knowing how to manifest it. My love has always been helping people as you do. It is such a HIGH when you see how happy a person can be when they turn their lives around.
It would be such an honor for me to learn how to put my Dreams into action from the BEST!!
Thank you for your GIVING SPIRIT!!

I am a solo-entrepreneur with incredible dreams and enthusiasm, however very low on funds. My husband had surgery, and then lost his job, and now I am the sole source of income for our family. I would love to educate myself further so that I can serve others and empower them to move forward toward their dreams. I will be able to pay you back in the future, as I can feel that my business will become very successful!

I’m on disability. (cancer survivor with residual complications). I’m also clean & sober from alcohol, crack & meth addiction & I’ve been a long time consumer of mental heath services for bi-polar. I created “hyp-hop-notherapy”,(I call myself, “Tupoc Chopra”) self-empowering poetry using acrostics to wean myself from medications that caused more problems than they solved.
I teach “hyp-hop-notherapy” to kids to help them with self-esteem issues (stemming the tide of teen-pregnancy & gang recruitment), folks on parole & probation, substance-abuse support groups. I volunteer at arts non-profit centers that use art to lift the highest conditions for all.
I would like to enhance the power of my work through the power of yours.

Thank you so much for your generosity!
What a beautiful opportunity!!!
I am looking forward to the first module with anticipation a excitement!
I have a passion for teaching people how to recognize when their animals are in pain and what to do about it. This includes awakening the caring for each soul that may be stifled by any number of things so that there is a real caring atmosphere and not just techniques.

Marcia,
Thank you for your generosity! This is a fantastic way to awaken and re-awaken the Dreams of many people. This is needed and will be part of a world transformation – I can tell!
So many of us have so much to give, yet have little or no knowledge of how to do that.
I look forward to the 1st Module and seeing my Dreams come to life! Seeing others bring their Dreams to life will be inspiring and full of happyhappyjoyjoy!!

I hope I can still be considered for one of the scholarships. Marcia, thank you so much for the opportunity. I have had dreams but not the money necessarily to fulfill those dreams but mostly its because I havent had the self esteem to believe in myself and believe that I am worth having my dreams. I would love to eventually be able to do something about helping everyone. I love to see other people blessed and would love to be even a small part of that. Thank you for the information to change our lives that you have already shared.

I, like so many others here am truly blown away by the offer of mini scholarships and the possibility of getting a full scholarship – this type of genuine behavior is rarely seen online.
I was going to apply for a full scholarship because I too have a dream of helping people and I would love some support to do that – living in rural NZ support and resources are pretty thin on the ground here.
But after reading so many heart rendering comments by soooo many people I realized that even though I can’t afford to do the course, my need is not as great as some that I have come across on this site. I will keep working to find a way to pay for maybe a future course so my dreams can come true as well.
I wish you all the very best for 2010.

Thank you so much for being such a kindlyhearted person. I just listened to the video about mini-shcholaships and 20 full scholaships. It is owesome. I really really really want to participate in this wonderful program of yours. I have taken the sum neccessary on credit. I am going to execute the payment tomorrow. But I encounter some problems – my country is not present on the list of countries. I am from Ukraine. Please, help me with this. Is it oke if I indicate Russia, the closest country to mine. Or, shall I do something else? Please, help me. I sent you an e-mail to info@dreamuniversity.com but unfortunately I didn’t get the answer. I understand you are overflooded with mails. Hi,
I am a counselor/therapist who serves the homeless and poor people of an American inner city at a community mental health agency (so the pay is low).
I believe that you can’t out-serve God and that you can’t really give anything away without receiving back as much or more than you give.
Thank-you for choosing to give.

Thanks for your awesome generosity. I would like to apply for the mini scholarship as I live in Australia on a pension and cannot therefore take part in thise progrAMMES. However, I do download certain topics that I find really helpful. aND I DO PRACTICE THEM AS MUCH AS iCOULD. I take advantage of whatever becomes available along the way. I’ll try and get in touch for the mini scholarships. What you teach is enormous, but I will endeavour to follow any tips you send on the net. Irene

Yes, I have lost out on health and money because of some vile things done to me over the past few years. And I am breaking free and remember with thanks that Jesus’ coming down to earth and taking on human form was to free me from the bondages and curses that held His blessings from me and my family. I have dreams and desires and they are unfolding as I listen and obey His instructions. I look forward to being selected as the recipient of the scholarship program.

Thank you for this opportunity of which I am very greatful.I like many others decided not to apply for the scholarship to allow for others with a greater need to be chosen. I beleive we have all been led here for a reason and will receive the message we are intended to receive if only in the first modual.
You are setting an awesome example for many others and have already had an affect on all of us here. Life has a way, with it’s many ups and downs, to teach compassion. Without these experiences we would not grow or learn the lessons necessary to move forward and also be compassionate towards others.(I could do without the rollercoaster as I’m sure many feel the same way!!)
I look forward to the call and thank you for this wonderful gift. You are a blessing to many.

Dear Marcia,
You truly live your life full of grace and giving I place myself among many others in the position of gratitude for the mini-scholarship and so hope to be one of the final twelve. As I approach my fiftieth birthday, I finally realize I need to step into my own dreams instead of helping everyone else achieve theirs. I will continue doing that yet this year I know I must concentrate on my dreams.
It took a lot of courage to ask and for reasons I can’t explain, I first felt ashamed due to never being in this position before. Now in seeing such generosity, that shame has turned to excitement that I stepped out to step into my dreams.
My greatest appreciation,
Teena Maria

I don’t even know exactly where to begin to share my thoughts on the generosity of the mini scholarship opportunity you are presenting to the world! Everywhere you look there are people in need, in distress and in depression over circumstances that have sent the world we all knew for so long into depths only my grandparents experienced during the “Great Depression”. I have always driven myself to be a beacon of light to others in sad situations but your have outdone anything I have ever experienced with this offer! May God Bless you Marcia and the whole team at Dream University and enable you to continue building Dreams across the land!

Marcia,
Wow, thanks so much for your generosity in offering the scholarships! I know the blessings will be returned to you more than twofold soon!
I know you deserve to charge more for your services (I’m a service provider too, so I know how much work we service providers do!), but there’s no way I can pay for the $297 program. If I still had the two jobs that I had a few years ago, I could easily afford that amount of money. So I would really love to apply for the full scholarship as well. But I am grateful for any opportunity presented to me. I’ll take advantage of the mini-scholarship as well.
Like most folks here, I find myself in financial dire straits. I haven’t found any suitable job. There are a few jobs always available, but they are not the right opportunities for me and I don’t have the time to go through the process for them as I need the money immediately. I’m also either underqualified or overqualified for the jobs I’ve found or applied for. I’ve even tried applying to work for fast food and retail (stores, etc.) but I don’t hear from them because of my college degree. I haven’t had a steady, reliable job or source of income for a little over 2 1/2 years. (It’ll be 3 years in May.) I had to leave my job in ‘07 because of hostile work environment. I had to endure it for almost 4 years. It took a toll on me physically, emotionally, and psychologically. I had a full-time clerical work at a hospital nearby and my second income was from my home-based music teaching studio. With those two streams of income I made pretty good money (and I lived rent-free, so what I was earning was equivalent to a total of 4K/month). I wasn’t rich by any means but I always had more than enough money every month. I shopped a lot, but I always paid off my credit card bills and all other bills on time. But the money didn’t mean anything to me. I basically threw it away because I associated it with pain. My bosses, co-workers, and clients/students abused me. I was too traumatized to find a job and work for the man ever since I left the hospital job. It took me 2 years to recover emotionally and psychologically. My mom also left her job the same year I left mine because people mistreated her although she had added lots of value to the company. So my whole household lost a good amount of income by then. And then several months after my mom and I quit our jobs, the Great Recession hit. We haven’t found any jobs even though we were ready to work again. As soon as I quit my hospital job, I totally enjoyed the “vacation.” I used this opportunity to recommit myself to my music career goals, so I found this great music careers mentoring program online where I met a certain young man, leading to the simultaneously most wonderful and most painful experience in my life. It only intensifies my ache for a soulmate/best friend. I find myself in the seemingly perpetual old “no money, no honey” situation (the very thing that triggers depression, despair, and a sense of total failure in any normal adult) – the worst version by far.
My dad is really disappointed in me because the investment in my college education hasn’t seemed to pay off. So he rubs in it in my face that I’m a failure, often comparing me to others – why can’t I be like so-and-so musician or music teacher, why don’t I do things the way they do it, etc., etc.
Then things turned for the worst in mid-2009. My dad is the main breadwinner and he only has one job (a non-glamour one at that, too). He drowned deeper in debt (part of it was caused by an irresponsible family friend and part of it was due to having to cover mortgage payments with credit cards after the sharp cut in income). He finally made the difficult decision for himself and my mom to file for bankruptcy. He had previously prided himself on having an excellent credit score, so this is a huge blow to his ego. He basically went berserk. He’s been usually pissed off, angry, easily upset, and totally negative about almost everything, choosing to focus on more negativity and it seems like he’s lost faith, too. I long to escape the negative environment in this household. (That’s why I spend most of my time leaving the house as often as possible, being in the company of my good, uplifting friends and to participate in more spiritually based activities.) Being around negative people drains my energy. This totally stinks because I really want to relocate so badly (for one thing, where I live isn’t exactly the right place for the open-minded, free-spirited artistic folks like me). It’s a difficult living arrangement since I am an adult and I honestly have adult needs and urges, yet I cannot be truly an adult 100% as I live under their roof, which means I have to abide by their rules. It’s demeaning and frustrating. As much as I want to relocate right now, I just don’t have the means. My parents and I are all still screwed up financially. I need help from my parents as much as they need help from me. Since their command of the English language isn’t that good, I have to directly help them through the bankruptcy process, and this takes about 6 months. This drastic method seems to have taken a load off his shoulders and it has relaxed him somewhat, but it’s obvious that he’s still very much dwelling on this problem.
I always remind myself that this is a temporary situation, and this too shall pass, just like the horrible situations I’ve overcome in the past. It’s a matter of when – not if – things will turn around.
Now I technically live on stipend (seasonal, intermittent gigs/jobs and the remaining few clients that I have – these are unpredictable), often not knowing when and where the paychecks will come while the bills are always coming. It’s very scary. But I’m just very thankful that at least my family still can keep the house, vehicles, and the rest of our property. (My parents still have about 100K in life insurance and my dad still has 25K in his retirement. It’s safe.) I am so grateful that I still have basic daily needs – food, transportation, technology, housing, etc., etc. And I’ve got great, supportive, encouraging, fun friends, great health, and safety. There are many people out there who would MORE THAN GLAD to trade places with me in a heartbeat!!! They’d LOVE to be in my position even though I don’t have a steady job and I’ve got tons of bills (credit card and car loan). Just this year I’ve committed myself to helping and serving more people. I’ve recently signed up for the bone marrow donor registry and I’m going to start volunteering at the local charity/food bank to help the needy at least twice a month and keep doing what I’ve been doing all along.
But it is during these tough times that I’ve grown so much. I have more guts than I thought I had. I’ve become an inspiration to strangers and friends, at least in healthy living and spirituality. (Now, mind you, I don’t claim to be holy, blameless, and righteous at all. No one is. I’m no exception. I still have struggles to overcome.) One of my very good friends sees my potential in becoming a leader. He already sees me as a leader because I’ve become an inspiration to people when it comes to healthy living and spirituality. Perhaps it’s my time to rise to the occasion in a time such as this. I’ve finally begun making some steps to create a peaceful home situation. I set daily intentions for it. I basically have to be the spiritual leader in my household. My parents can’t really seem to do it even though it’s technically, and my dad, as a man, is supposedly the priest of the household.
I’ve also learned that from all these fiascos that things didn’t work out (in the career/job department) because they weren’t what I truly wanted from the get-go!!! I just fooled myself into thinking that I would eventually like them. I’ve realized that I don’t want to permanently work for the man. I’ve realized that I don’t want to be a private music teacher full-time.
I’ve learned this recently in my spiritual studies: Work with the waves. Work with gravity. Don’t fight them. Work with the season we’re currently in and learn the lessons to prepare ourselves for the next one. Be content with and accept the current situation/position we’re in.
One of my biggest dreams is to be financially wealthy in a satisfying career, being able to travel often and having the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world and with anyone, anywhere in the world, combining my passion for music/arts/entertainment, fashion, spirituality, and healthy living. (And yes, to resurrect my interest for writing creative nonfiction and poetry.) And of course, to have a significant other with whom I can share this experience. Money alone won’t solve problems and it is not the way to achieve total happiness. But it is merely a great tool to surely enable me to help more people who truly need it, to make a difference in their lives, and to have more quality time with my close friends and loved ones.
So thank you once again for restoring hope, knowing that we’re the creators of our own reality, and encouraging us to dream once again in spite of circumstances, or rather, BECAUSE of them!

Dear Marcia & DU Team,
WOW! What a wonderful opportunity to offer the 12 scholarships and parts of the program as free gifts to everyone. You are amazing! Thank you so much…
I left my job 2½ years ago because it was too stressful for me, and still can’t find a job that I enjoy.
My dream is to find joy in my life and to teach/coach others around me to find it in their lives as well. And what a better way to do that than helping them in making their dreams come true. I think your program and approach is the most suited to achieve my dream.
It would be wonderful if I would be one of the lucky ones who will be selected for these scholarships, and I would be very grateful to all of you.
I wish you a very happy and prosperous New Year 2010; and good luck in all your projects.
Sincerely,
Zafira

Marcia,
Thank you! I know that I and MANY many people will benefit. Not just the people on the call but also all the people we will affect.
I will be on the call. I wrote a full scholarship comment on the last blog. I truly hope by next Wednesday I don’t need the scholarship but right now I can’t make any promises towards that.
If I get to next Wednesday and I haven’t earned at least the $297 then I will be in even more need then you can even imagine.

Thank you for starts for this opportunity. I have been a Sales Director for one full year and this is my second time around. I made a full comeback, well not full, I have struggled to keep my business going, hit and miss month after month. I get this feeling of not be worthy and I am not sure why. It seems as if i sabotage myself in fear I will be successful. I don’t know. Right now my husband are close to loosing our home, we are just waiting for the letter meanwhile we are trying to catch up on our 7 months of mortgage we are behind, while we try to pay the other bills.
This being said, I know there are many who have a great need than I do, but if for any reason I could be one of the 12 I would be truly greatful.
Waiting to exhale..

Dear Marcia,
What an amazingly generous offer! You are truly modelling heart-based entrepreneurship.
My reason for asking for a scholarship is that I am currently unemployed although working steadily to launch my own coaching and consulting company. Two years ago,I lost my job with my employer of 33 years and have been recovering from a major illness. However I am now well, and have a couple of work contracts pending but not confirmed. So hopeful but no cash! I hope to remedy this shortfall in 2010 and would dearly love the opportunity to take your course and learn some ways of building my own heart based company.
All the best,
Margaret

Marcia,
I am a 40 year old out of work husband and father. I have been looking for a change in my future for over a year now. You have provided me with a option to upgrade and enhance my options.
I have been without work since Aug 2008. I have applied to any position open in the last year, and still with no employment, I have begun to think the universe is telling me to find a new path. I am open to this and need a boost to stop limiting my self sabatoging, and negative thinking. I am so appreciative you have made this open to anyone that wants to change over their life in 90 days. I am ready! I want to see my dreams realized and support my family again. I appreciate the opportunity for your mini scholarship and would love the opportunity to be considered for one of the 12 full scholarships. My current hardship is preventing me from seeing I can realize my dreams.
I look forward to this opportunity and thank you for your generous and gracious heart.
Thank you again,
Darryn
In view of this, I would like to request your good office for financial assistance so that I could be able to continue my graduate studies. This is not only for my professional growth but also to upgrade and enhance my teaching skills to suit our dynamic educational system.
I am willing to be called up for an interview at your most convenient time. I can be contacted on this no. (your contact number) or through my email address (your email add here).
I am hoping for your positive response about the matter.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely yours,
Darryn

I look forward to this opportunity and thank you for your generous and gracious heart.
Thank you again,
Darryn

Marcia..how lovely …the offer to get in on the partial scholarship. At 66 I don’t feel like I want to compete for the full scholarship..but I could use some new ideas about creating more in life, even at my age….and I had just passed it off as something I would have to miss because I couldn’t even afford your very low tuition. Thanks so very much!

Marcia,
What a generous offer of mini shclarships for the 1st module. You truly are a role model for all of us. I don’t want to apply for a scholarship, but yet can’t pay the full amount all at once. I can easily make 3 payments and allow someone else to get a full scholarship, that needs it. What is the possiblity of making 3 payments, automatically deducted from my card?

Marcia,
Thank you so much for finding a way to give the first module for free. I guess I am a little too late to apply for the full scholarship, but I recently picked up a copy of your book, “Doing Less And Having More” from the library so I will be reading that as well as enjoying that first module of the program on Wednesday.
I recently got started trying to start my own internet business on the side apart from my current part time job and in the process I was trying to get coaching and I did a really great job of building up a lot of debt but on the other hand I did learn some good lessons from this experience and look at it as a necessary part of my journey to building my dream life.
My biggest dream is to get to the point where I am not worried about money and living paycheck to paycheck and I also want to buy a condo and a house as well but first I actually have to make money so I am trying to get my online business started and grow it pretty fast.
I also got a copy of Jack Canfield’s book The Success Principles and a bunch of other books on this topic. I also look forward to reading all the other free bonuses that I got from you as well.
Thanks for all of your generosity and I am very excited for that first call on Wednesday!

Hello Marcia,
How moving to read all those blogs.
My prayers and good wishes
go out to all those people. I too
like many of those people are requesting
a scholarship to your inspiring program.
Although my finances currently may be a
temporary roadblock, my belief is strong that I will overcome it. I will share with you first my blessings and abundance.
I from a young age realized my gift and purpose in life, this in itself is a huge blessing. I am gifted to express through words how truly special each and every person is. I do this through poems, greetings, note messages. I first was
published in 1983 for Blue Mountain Arts
and have been writing freelance since,
I help people to express to one another
feelings of gratitude, encouragement, love, along with self value and purpose,
although this is not my main job now(to earn money)this I know is my purpose. Another blessing. My life is abundant with love of family and friends, I have three beautiful children who love me so much, my youngest a gorgeous illuminating ball of life and love who happens to have Autism (Im working on healing him with
diet and biomedical treatment). My friends all say that my words should reach the world to help, heal and
encourage. It would be my priveldge to do so. Marcia, with a little push and encouragement with some direction, I
know my dream will be realized. I see
a company who publishes greetings that specializes in uplifting, inspiring and encouraging and a scholarship to your wonderful program would be the key to the knowledge of how to do so. The treatment
for my son on my current small income
prevents me from paying for your program
so the gift of a scholarship would be
a amazing gift that I would vow to return
many times over when I am able.
Love and Blessings
Teri Mitchell
P.S,
Here is a poem for encouragement to all your bloggers for they all are winners!
The Definition Of A Winner
One who refuses to become
a victim of circumstance
One who does not let fear
Stop them from taking a chance
One who understands that time and persistence
Is the pathway to a goal
And although there may be obstacles
Your dream, you’ll not let go
One that knows faith in God
Will provide strength from within
And you’ll accept that you may sometimes need
Help from others to win
One that knows on those days
You fall short of the finish line
The realization is clear that it may be tomorrow
You’ll make in record time
One who is wise to know, the expert
Was at one time a beginner
One who has the heart and insight to see within others
The possibility of becoming
The Definition of A Winner !

Dear Marcia and Team, I am thanking you for awarding 12 full scholarships. It seems you will have such a breathtaking task ahead of you – in your selection with this difficult task ahead of you. After reading so many heartfelt stories, dreams and other reasons and why you are giving away scholarship and why they are needed I could relate to so many of them having so many struggles in my own life by being homeless, car less, just living from pay check to pay check, loss of jobs, taking jobs for half the pay just to get by to say the least. The hardest one of all is a loss of a child this past March 2009 that is the one thing I can never get back. Most days I feel better then others but I keep moving because I want to be able to set up scholarships funds in his memory. My son was planning on going to law school after receiving his paralegal degree. I realized that life is way too short so many people leave without ever full filling their dreams. And if I could afford your program it would be a blessing to help someone else with the fee for the training program. At the present time we are barely keeping a roof over our heads, the utilities on, the one car serviced, and medical insurance etc long lists of struggles. This industry is the best to be in because it offers hope, empowerment, inspiration etc and that is something that people are in need of in order to live their life full of love, peace, joy and happiness. If awarded one of the 12 scholarships it would give me a chance to be involved in the dream movement and more commitment in full filling my dreams. It would help me put the right kind of action so that I will move forward in earning a living. It would give me greater love, joy, peace and happiness. I just believe that if you have an ideal you have the potential to earn a living and no body should be without the things needed to live a comfortable life style. We all are just one ideal away from solving a problem with a solution. I am looking forward to 90 days to transforming my life in Dream University. Blessings to all Madgie

Marcia…Thank you so much for your generosity in offering the mini-scholarships to everyone. I was touched by your video when you said that you hadn’t coached anyone personally in a very long time, except one person, because you had burned yourself out doing that. You were protecting yourself all these years and that is a good thing! But I am concerned for you now, being that I had a nervous breakdown myself, in 1994, I know what it is like to give too much of yourself and not get enough back. You probably know better than I did back then how to take care of yourself but big alarms went off in my head when I was listening to your story. You have a generous personality and genuine empathy. I can totally relate. As much as I would love to take your entire class on a scholarship and even more would someday like to personally coach with you (goodness knows I need it) my alarms were seeing you give more and more of yourself when you had been so guarded for so long. Just a “mother’s” concern (I have 3 boys) and love. I would never want anyone to go through what I went through. Please, continue to take care of yourself and guard your well being. If there is anything I have learned from my experience it is that I have to take care of myself first if I want to be available to others. (Of course, I learned a “few” other little gems along the way
) Just recently I had the opportunity to help two young girls who were having depression problems similar to the kind I had experienced, one more than the other. Although I jumped in with both feet wanting to rescue them from their pain and use the experience I had had to help them, I realized that there is only so much of me and I am still a bit afraid of my mental health going down the tubes again. I am sure you have thought of all of this since you are America’s Dream Coach, but I just had to mention it because we are all imperfect and stumble many times, as the Bible aptly puts it. Please take care and be well and don’t stretch yourself beyond your means of coping!!!
In loving care and concern,
Your friend in thought,
KIM

Dearest Marcia and team,
Toward the end of last year my business, which is typically busy at the end of the year, came to a complete standstill. Having worked so diligently for the past few years to create a couture quality custom design business at value prices, I was stunned, as I thought, “this crazy economy was for everyone else, and it wouldn’t effect my clients and me”.
Ha, ha … Well, here I am on this rocky shore, along with so many other good folks. I am thankful to have been assisted in these past months by a few who are close to me in order to hold onto the slender thread of life. Daily, I smile at others and shine my light as I’ve always done to stay positive, yet I know that I must re-vision my life with better tools and strategies so that I can go on without the doubter taking over as emcee.
I took notes on your webcast about your program, and have been studying them daily.
I would be forever grateful to receive a full scholarship from you. I thank you in advance for your offer of the mini scholarship.
I would also like to invite you to peruse my website. Perhaps I could interest you in my adding to the beauty of your Italian villa by creating some beautiful couture soft furnishings designed and created for you.
Many thanks for your consideration.
With blessings and love to you for the generous soul you are,
Karen

Marcia & Team;
What an awesome opportunity, I would love to participate in Dream University’s entire program! I will be in attendance at the first webinar Wed Jan 13th. However like many others, I too have hit ups and downs financially, and am not sure if I can take on the cost for the entire program. I am searching for the best means to train, grown and position myself to help others in achieving their dreams of maintaining great health! It is my lifelong goal, my dream and my motto to focus on helping others reach their fullest potential. This world is not about me!
Warm Regards,

not sure if i am to late to apply for the scholarships, but it is worth a try…i have come full circle into my purpose since losing my income 20 months ago…it was a terrible thing for my finances, but the most amazing thing for my life and my soul!
i have discovered my real purpose, found a way to deliver that purpose to the world, and am dreaming of BIG things to come in 2010.
sometimes you just need a little help to achieve the dream…and i am no longer afraid to ask for what i want or need…complete lack of money does that to you!
so i ask the universe to bring me the scholarship…and it does! one module is better than no module…the entire dream would be better! so i ask…and expect.
with blessings,
rebecca

Marcia,
I have watched and listened to your inspiring messages for a time now. Your kind offering reflects the true gift of giving and sharing your talents with others. As I have read, there are many people who have experienced tragic losses from the economic turn down. I will not ask for a full scholarship as I have a roof over my head, clothes to wear and food to eat. There are others with far less. Your offer is a ray of hope for the good things to come for all of us. It proves that a single person CAN make a drastic difference in the lives of many. You and your team are real blessings! Thank you for the opportunity to join your one free session. Unfortunately, I am unable to pay the difference to complete the program. However, I believe your message will inspire me to carry on and move forward! I have also invited a friend so she may receive your inspiration also as she is struggling with the rest of us.
Thank you for your blessings!

Dear Marcia,
What an incredible and huge gesture for the opportunity for both full and mini-scholarships! Everyone wins! And I am sure that you cannot help but tangibly feel the goodness, gratitude, and joy leaping off the pages of these comments. It will only serve to know that what you’re doing truly counts. Furthermore, after reading many of the comments, it is humbling to know that so many people took the time to say thank you and what it means to them. The more happy people we have, the better our world is. Again, everyone wins. I would be honored to be selected for a full scholarship. I have consistently not taken things in my life and given them to others, but this is one time in my life that I know by applying for myself, I am doing the right thing. I can get back on course to getting my breast cancer advocacy website and activities into the hands of soooo many people who need them. I want to inspire creativity in others so that they can face a diagnosis with a different point of view. I am fighting a disease myself and am working 10 hours a week, as much as my body can take. I have to believe that what I need can be provided as long as I live with integrity and a big heart. thank you and everyone that is involved. It is so often that those who make up the team that support the larger personality are unintentionally overlooked. Thank you ALL! And to those who posted – what a thrill to read your posts. Love and peace, Galina

I have been learning about extravagant generosity of late. You are the newest example in the new stories I am telling myself about the world. I love the feeling of community you create with all your work. So now I can really tell them, “you may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one!”

I am really grateful for the amount of generosity here! I would LOVE to transform my life to something more meaningful and fulfilling! I have been holding back on my dreams for so long that I don’t know if I know how to move forward anymore.
I love to help people, but now I need to help myself.

Marcia,
Wow! Your generosity is overwhelming. I would be so very grateful to be selected as one of the 12 for your scholarship. I have been needing and ready for a complete life makeover for SO long. I’ve had a dream ever since I can remember to have a horse rescue ranch. I’ve started it and have been struggling along. Then through a series of mishaps the money has disappeared and the need is more than ever. I live a very frugal life and have cut expenses down to the absolute minimum and we’re still losing ground.
Personally, I’ve found myself moving into “the pit of hopelessness” I am normally a very motivated, self starting person. Now I’m finding myself to be anything but assured and hopeful. I promise you, upon receiving your generous offer of the scholarship, I will give it my all and get back on track of being a positive, bright light getting not only my life back on track, but also the lives of the people and animals I have the privilege to serve.
Thank you again,
Fern

Marcia,
Thank you and your team for creating this wonderful program and opportunity for us to change our lives and “Live Our Dreams”. I have a very large email contact list and forwarded on your generous offer. I have received an overwhelmingly positive response.
I am writing you about your “Lucky 12 Scholarship” offer. There are 3 people that are requesting to be chosen, and I would greatly appreciate your teams earnest consideration for their request; Darryn Aitken, Fern Schelin, and Scott Lindgren. I know them personally. They are unendingly giving people, who have been going through some extremely difficult life situations. They never ask for help and are always the first to show up whenever a need arises. I feel so strongly about this that I would “gift” their investment if I could. Unfortunately, I’m finding myself in the middle of a “financial breakdown” and unable to aid and support others as I have in the past. Thank you for your teams consideration of my request for scholarships for Darryn, Scott, and Fern. Your generosity will be taken to heart and utilized to their full potential.
In Heartfelt Gratitude,
Cherie

Recently I realised that I am in danger of losing the ability to dream. I used to be an amazing dreamer and saw many of my dreams come true. As a young girl I dreamed of falling in love and marrying a wonderful man who would adore me. I got him and we married when I was only 17. After about 4 years of marraige I started to dream about having a baby. Just before my 7th wedding anniversary I gave birth to my gorgeous son. No dream could ever compare to the utter joy and happiness I felt as I held him in my arms and the joy was doubled 5 years later when I gave birth to his baby brother. As the boys got older I started to dream about going to university and getting the education I missed out on when I decided to be such a young bride. I got my place and was in my Honours year when things started to fall apart. My husband died suddenly in tragic circumstances although it was 7 weeks before we found his body. The boys were 12 and 18yrs old at that time and somehow we held on and picked up the pieces and got on with our lives without the physical presence of my amazing husband and wonderful father. Less than a year later my first born son, my pride and joy died also, again in tragic circumstances. Somehow me and my younger son manged to keep going. I thanked God for our health and the fact that I had enough money to look after the 2 of us until I could go back to work when he left school. I didn’t want to follow a career path even although I had managed to graduate with my BA degree 6 months after my husbands death. I felt my son needed me to be a full time mum and I was content to do that until he was 18 yrs old. I even trained as a life coach during that time with the dream that I would start a new career and begin a new life for me. Well in 2005 I booked myself a luxury holiday in Spain with the intention of spending a week relaxing and planning my future career. The exact day I was due to fly out I was in surgery having my breast removed having been diagnosed with cancer days earlier. So now my health was challenged. I went through the chemo and radiotherapy and after 15 months I found myself a job which paid just enough to cover the bills. I had used all of my savings to keep us going through my illness and treatment. My confidence was very low (although no one ever knew that) and I just felt I wanted to hide myself away for a while. After 2 years I decided to have reconstructive surgery and I am eternally grateful to the doctors and surgeons who managed to make me feel normal again, but I have more or less remained in the same place I was in on the day I discovered I had cancer. One of the things that I think holds me back from daring to really dream again is that my treatment is for 5 years .I wont get the all clear until January 2011 and it is so hard to believe that I can make a wonderful life for myself again.I feel my life is on hold, but at the same time I also feel I have to make my dreams come true before time runs out!! I’m really not sure what the dreams are now( apart from visiting Hawaii!!) but I do know that I need others to help me find them and I hope I’ll find that help here.
Thankyou for reading.

Hi Marcia,
This is an incredibly generous offer and up until 2 years ago I would have never applied for what I consider a handout. The past 2 years with health problems(breast cancer followed by Open Heart surgery) have totally depleted my bank account and I am sorry to say put any dreams on hold. Physically, emotionally and financially I am only now able to return to work. Marcia, I believe there are many deserving applicants out there and that the demand will exceed the supply. I believe this the lifeline I need and that 90 days will absolutely transform me in every aspect (financially, personally, physically, spiritually etc.), who God intended me to be. Marcia, If if I am chosen to receive 1 of your dream scholarships you have my guarantee that within 90 days following your course I will pay it forward by reimbursing you the money back so that you can make this offer to someone else.
With much gratitude for continuing inspiration,
Brenda

Dear Marcia,
I do not know how to begin,I would love to join your Dream university program/course as I would love to change and improve my life too,but I do not have enough money to cover the cost.
I am just wondering Marcia if It is possible to pay 3 monthly payments of $50.00
and pay the rest after 90 days of the program when I start to make money.
I am 63 years old,a beauty consultant of Mary Kay Cosmetics for 9 months now,but not making enough money because,I have fear, doubt and worry approaching people about my products.
My 2 sons gave me $300.00 AU for Christmas, but I got sick and spent $100.00 on my medications.
Marcia I am very grateful, appreciative and thankful if you can help me,please!
My goal is to improve myself and improve my relatives and friends lives too. What I like for myself I would love it for others.
Thank you very much Marcia and I look forward to hearing from you.If you can help me I will remember you for the rest of my life.
Best Regards,

Marcia, what a generous offer, and because I just love jack canfield’s material, It would be such a pleasure to meet the woman that coach’s him. I’m sure this course is worth every penney and more.
Unfortuneatly I am out of pennies at this time. I have some legal issues coming up that will require just about my whole paycheck for the next 4 months. But what I am even more concerned with is that I have to spend 7 days in jail. I have never ever been in jail and it scares me. If only for 7 days. But I will go in with the knowledge inside of me that there is a lesson here, I am expanding. For the last 6-8 years I have been following the teachings of Jack C, I have met Jack Zuefelt,
attended a seminar with Teresa Romaine,
talked personally on the phone with John Milton Fogg, However My favorite study through it all is Abraham Hicks.
I have had alot of amazing opportunities,But I am always searching for that missing link, Perhaps your dream program is it. I have been looking at your invitations every nite and wondering HOW I can squeeze out some money, but the well is dry. If you would consider me that would be awesome ( I promise to be a conduit for others with what you are teaching) However, given the fact I have had some pretty awesome teachers allready, If someone else needs to get started, by all means give it to them.
I appreciate you.
Smile at people, its free and makes everyone Feel good.

Dear Marcia,
Thank you so much for offering scholarships! That is truly so generous of you and I imagine the task of selecting just 12 won’t be an easy one for someone compassionate and caring like you. My heart goes out to you on this task!
Like so many I absolutely would LOVE to take this course, and also like many other I simply cannot without financial support, I am sorry to say.
I could pay some… but I am truly struggling to figure out how to buy food. (forget about clothes and non-essentials!) Strange days these are!! And yet, it is important to remain confident, grateful, positive, and loving… trusting in the goodness of the universe and all things present in it!
I know that if I am meant to be in your course, something will happen to allow for that. I am hopeful that somehow I will be an intregral part of your course and that I begin again to provide the emotional/spiritual support and guidance that I used to provide to so many. (I had to turn inward to supporting myself first for awhile, and have not been there for many who came to love my assistance…) I want nothing more than to get back to ‘my work’ again! I feel that your course will be very instrumental in helping me get back there. My ex did some very devastating things that completey destroyed my finances, my emotional and mental health. I am hanging in there, and hoping that the universe loves me enough to support me until I can get thru this.
Much Love and Blessings to you and all that you do!
