Thanks for sharing your insights on Intention and Integrity, Marcia! I really appreciate the advice to not only set the intention before picking up the phone, but also to take a moment to get on the same page with the person on the other end of the line. Excellent!!

thanks Marcia for the very simple explanation of intention. Making it the rudder of my day is a great tool for me. It will allow me to ask the question, “am I being true to myself and what I say I want” at every moment or as you point out, the moment of choice.
